These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AptoHub. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AptoHub in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AptoHub on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
The Service
AptoHub provides interactive audience engagement tools including live polls, Q&A, word clouds, quizzes, and surveys. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AptoHub to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; to impersonate any person or entity; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@aptohub.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the AptoHub service are owned by or licensed to Krigosoft. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AptoHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Privacy
Your use of AptoHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
